Runners are grouped according to fitness level and experience. The distance of runs and tempo of runs are also grouped according to fitness level. This camp is meant to supplement your training through the start of your season, not start your summer training. Come to camp in shape.
Items to bring to camp
The staff at Oregon Style Cross Country Running Camp has compiled the following list of items that you may want to bring with you for use during your stay:
(twin sheets, pillow, pillowcase, and towels) * Running clothes and shoes * Casual clothes and swimsuit * Personal items
(soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) * Fans. The dorms are not air conditioned.
* Case of water, Gatorade, or any other re-hydrating type drink
* A phone charger
* Laundry bag or hamper of sorts for your dirty clothes
* Any medications, inhalers, epi-pens, etc.
Must be in original prescription container, along with parent and doctor authorizations.

Housing & Meals
Campers will be able to experience campus life on one of the most beautiful and traditional College Preparatory Schools in the country. Campers will be served three meals a day (all you can eat) and will be housed in two person dorm rooms.
